3rd Six Sigma project seminar started in May
Starting from May, this has been our 3rd Six Sigma project seminar since 2004.
To achieve our quality target and improve our production processes, this year we focus on the following 4 main projects. Let us expect to see the final grade.
Project 1. TPU production technology upgrade
Project 2. Lowering down the defect rate of first curing process
Project 3. Lowering down the defect rate of deflashing process
Project 4. Preform stripping method improvement
